This Privacy Policy describes how Subh Location (the “Application” or “App”), a product owned and operated by Glow Infoway (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares your information when you use our mobile application and related services. By installing, accessing, or using Subh Location, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
1.1 Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

• “Application” means the Subh Location mobile application. • “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Glow Infoway, owner of Subh Location. • “You” means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Application. • “Personal Data” means any information that can identify an individual directly or indirectly. • “Usage Data” means diagnostic and analytics data collected automatically when using the Application. • “Service Providers” means third-party companies used to facilitate services such as analytics and OTP delivery. • “User-Generated Content” means any content you upload, submit, or share through the Application, including property photos, documents, and resume files.
2. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
2.1 Types of Data Collected
A. Personal Data
While using the Application, we may ask you to provide certain Personal Data that is necessary to create and maintain your account and to provide our services. This may include: • Full Name • Mobile Number (used for OTP verification and account login) • Email Address (optional, used for communication and profile) • User Role (Buyer, Broker, Builder) • City Selection (chosen manually by you to view local listings) • Job Application Details (if you apply to work with Glow Infoway, such as resume, work history, and portfolio links)
We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, bank account numbers, credit or debit card details, or any financial KYC documents directly through the Application.
B. User-Generated Content
The Application allows you to upload and manage content related to real estate properties and your professional profile. This may include: • Property images, videos, and descriptions • Floor plans, project documents, and related files (optional) • Information about builder or broker projects • Resume or CV when applying for job opportunities with Glow Infoway You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload such content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
B.1 Storage Permissions (Read/Write Access)
The Application may request permission to read and write files on your device solely for uploading resumes, property images, project documents, and for downloading or viewing files. The Application does not access any other files, photos, or media on your device beyond what you explicitly select for upload.
C. Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Application. Usage Data may include information such as your device type, operating system version, IP address, the sections of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on screens, and other diagnostic data. This information is primarily collected through Firebase Analytics and is used to improve app performance, stability, and user experience.
D. Location Data
Subh Location does not access or track your real-time GPS location. Instead, you manually choose a city inside the Application to view local property listings. This city selection is stored as a user preference but is not treated as precise or continuous location tracking.
D.1 Location Access in Earlier Versions
Earlier versions of the Application may have requested access to your device’s approximate location to help users view relevant local property listings. This permission has been removed in the latest update. The Application does not collect, track, store, or process precise or continuous GPS location data.
E. Communication Data
If you contact us via email or in-app support, we may collect your contact details and the content of your communications to respond to your queries, resolve issues, and maintain records of support interactions.
3. Tracking Technologies
The Application does not use advertising trackers or third-party ad networks. We currently use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, crash reports, and performance issues. No cookies are stored on your device by the Application; however, standard analytics identifiers may be used by Firebase for aggregated reporting.
4. Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes: • To provide and maintain the Application, including monitoring usage and improving features. • To manage your Account, including OTP-based login and authentication using third-party OTP providers such as Fast2SMS or WhatsApp integration where applicable. • To allow you to upload, view, download, and share property listings and related media. • To enable brokers, builders, and other vendors to create and manage their project profiles on the platform (subject to approval). • To process and evaluate job applications submitted by you to Glow Infoway. • To respond to your requests, inquiries, and support needs. • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, fraud, or illegal activities on the platform. • To comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
5. Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. In particular: • Account data is retained while your account remains active. • Property listing data is retained until you edit or delete it from the Application. • Job application data may be retained for up to 12 months for recruitment and record purposes. • Analytics and diagnostic data may be stored in anonymized and aggregated form for up to 6–24 months. When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove or anonymize your Personal Data within a reasonable period, typically within 30–90 days, except where a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed on servers located outside of your state or country. By using the Application, you consent to the transfer of information to such locations, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. The Company takes reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
7. Deletion of Your Personal Data
You can delete or request deletion of certain Personal Data directly within the Application (for example, by editing or deleting your profile or property listings). If you wish to have your entire account and associated Personal Data removed, you may send an email to:

Upon receiving a valid request, we will verify your identity and proceed with account and data deletion within a reasonable period, typically 30–90 days, subject to legal or regulatory retention obligations.
8. Disclosure of Your Personal Data
8.1 Service Providers
We may share limited Personal Data with trusted Service Providers strictly for the purpose of providing services on our behalf, such as: • OTP providers (e.g., Fast2SMS, WhatsApp API) for mobile verification. • Hosting and database providers for secure storage of your account and listing data. • Firebase Analytics for aggregated usage statistics and crash reporting. These Service Providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations and are not permitted to use your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
8.2 Legal Requirements
The Company may disclose your Personal Data in good faith if such action is necessary to: • Comply with a legal obligation or government request. • Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company. • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Application. • Protect the personal safety of users of the Application or the public. • Protect against legal liability.
8.3 Business Transfers
In the event that the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
9. Security of Your Personal Data
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit, restricted access, and secure server configurations. The Application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us, including project websites, external property pages, or social sharing links. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, by providing an in-app notice or prompt. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when they are posted in the Application or on our official website.
